⭐️ Evaluated site-wide heuristics (a11y, usability), measured design system effectiveness, engagement, and team processes.
⭐️ Developed actionable success metrics aligning with company OKRs.
⭐️ Drove strategies for site-wide adoption in collaboration with key stakeholders.
⭐️ Introduced token variables, starting with color themes to boost efficiency in design and developer implementation.
⭐️ Collaborated with feature teams on design work, pattern discussions, and more.
⭐️ Defined visual design language and managed library transitions.
⭐️ Enhanced components for style, flexibility, complex use cases, accessibility, and responsiveness.
⭐️ Optimized documentation and worked closely with the Trellis Eng Lead to bridge the gap between UI library and Figma assets.

⭐️ Raised the internal design system acumen among the team through workshops and office hours.
